The Albanese Organization is Master Developer of Wyandanch Village, a 40-acre, $500 million sustainable, mixed income, transit oriented community. Currently in construction, the first phase of development will consist of three buildings. The third will be a commercial building of approximately 77,000 square feet.
GLS has contracted with the Albanese Organization to provide electrical and technology construction services to this development project. Revitalization projects are essential to Long Island’s sustainability and GLS is proud to be part of this process.
