TRITEC Development Group is creating New Village, a mixed-use residential development, that will bring the principles of Smart Growth and New Urbanism to downtown Patchogue. Enlivening the streets while providing civic amenities such as a new town square, the project will enhance the urban fabric of the town and bring a 18-hour community to the “Four Corners”, the heart of Patchogue.
